Following on from my thread about changing Broadband supplier.
I started to watch the video posted by MikeH of the lucky guys that went to Wentworth for Taylormade fitting. And of course couldn't watch it, kept stopping and starting, sooo frustrating!
So I thought sod it, I'll phone AOL. Got through to technical and spoke to a really helpful guy, who talked me through what to do on IE, saying that it was a router problem. After clicking here and there and a bit of number crunching he said, "That's it, give it a couple of hours and all should be fine".
So I did just that and 10 mins ago watched the video and BINGO! No stopping and starting, it played all the way through!!
Don't know what he did but everything else is quicker too - bloody amazing!!!!
