Loving the T200's, I'm finding the 6 iron gives me such a nicer flight, especially with the graphite shafts that I'm getting a 5 iron too, picking it up tomorrow morning on the way to Dunbar for a medalNot quite bought today, but fitted today, for Titleist T200 irons, trading in 5 to pw Sim Max but only buying 6 to pw as I prefer my 5 rescue, just have to wait for them to be delivered to the Pro, not my own club but one pretty nearby

But......how are YOU getting along with them? I've been using Eleven brand 8-pw for a year or two now.....they give me a higher ball flight. The Mizuno HL are supposed to give you a higher ball flight.....does it do that with you?

Well, I picked it up this morning. If there was a difference @Imurg clearly nailed it, I didn't notice
. Really very happy. Taking that little bit of length off made it a little more manageable, I probably go down it a smidge still. The slightly thicker grip gives me more confidence. I hit it straight, decent distance, good trajectory. It's a success (so far anyway)

I think they are working too well, going really high which is great for stopping the ball but length is dropping alarmingly. I may be causing this myself so some work needed.

I'll probably order two of them today and give them a try. Distance I don't care about, I'm not a long hitter anyway. My game is based off getting inside 140 as quick as possible and then being accurate with the short clubs.

I've been looking to replace the Apex Pro 21 irons for a while now...love the performance but sound and feel of the 5,6 and 7 irons was ..let's say raucous!
Tried a few sets but nothing really worked.
Picked up a set of Mizuno Pro 243 with MMT 85 g stiff shafts and took them out today for a spin.....and spin the do
Nice feel, nice sound, decent control, shot 76, 4 birdies all set up with a good iron shot...
First impressions ..?
