How often do you change your iron set?

I don't even want to think about it.

I had i5's, loved them for about 2 years, changed to Mizuno MP60's for about 3 months and hated them big time. Thankfully I hadn't sold my i5s so I went back to them for a further season before getting some lovely s59 tours which were superb. For whatever reason I moved onto i10's and I had my i10's for 2 seasons. I10's are Pings worst iron ever in my opinion. Changed to a second hand set of 57's had them for about 8 months and changed them for a second hand set of i15's. I did like them however some bad person on here tempted me with a super set of s56's which I couldn't resist!!!!


I've just re-shafted them as I didn't like the KBS shaft. These will be with me a minimum of two seasons. This year and next then I will see whats what!

I have no issue in buying second hand irons, great deals and savings to be had.

i would like to try them all but dont have the cashola! im used to the small heads on the nike irons. callaways just scare me looking at them. even their forged models!

I had my R7's ( in the for sale section now ) from new in mid 2010 and if my old fella didn't get me my MP32 irons 2 weeks ago they would still be in my bag now!

Driver and Fairway woods are a different matter
