I have done a bit of travelling recently and have found that the backwater that is Berwick upon Tweed seems to fair pretty good when it comes to fuel prices.....I am currently paying £1.13.9 for unleaded which seems pretty reasonable compared to a few prices I have paid both north and south of here.

What do the rest of you pay for your fuel at the moment?

Changing to diesel as of Sunday so will need to get used to paying more for the litre.

Al, you will pay a wee bit more for Derv but you will benefit from increased fuel consumption. I am paying £1.18 for unleaded for her indoors Beetle. Am just gad the company pay for my diesel.

115.9 tescos petrol
119.9 diesel
1.24.9 for BP/Texaco Super which is what I have to use in the impreza.
Fuel prices send me to the fair, they really do but I wont complain too much as I picked the two guzzlers in our household.

120.9 for diesel which is rip of, but it sure bumps up the Clubcard points.
I see tescos have halved the points you get for fuel though are still doing the 5p a litre off when you buy £50 or more in groceries.

Can anyone remember the big protest that happened in 2000(was it really 10 years ago?)
The lorry drivers were complaining about the high price of fuel.
Lead free had gone up to 75p a litre :(

It's 117.9 for diesel, unless you get it on the motorway, then it's 128.9

Just £6.60 more to fill up then. :(

Unleaded is about 114.9.

I've got a bad feeling that 100 miles might cost me over £20 now in an unleaded car.

Changed to diesel near 3 months ago and almost halved my fuel costs straight away, 25mpg to 50mpg. Don't feel so bad about paying just under £1.20 for a litre. Cheaper tax too. Only drawback is the diesel i have is so slow............
