If I go through the town, about 10 minutes.

If I go by canal towpath, about a 40 minute walk.


Town = 30 mph tops, and can get held up by chavs going shopping or to the footy.
Lanes = bonkers speed, but can meet people driving the other way in the middle of the road.
Walking = slow, and when dark can lead to putting foot down rabbit hole and nearly breaking ankle. This can also lead to torn suit, and waking up covered in mud.

25 mins on the bus = whatever and the bus driver knows the road back home, OH .. and the bus is free!!
