How do you mark yours?

So how do you mark your ball?

Maybe it's been asked before so apologies if it has. A local pro shop here had a competition recently, golfers were asked to send in photos of how they mark their golf ball. Prizes for most unusual. Didnt see the winners so not sure what won.

Anyone here use something distinctive?

I'm straight forward enough, 2 dots (1 black, 1 blue) above the name. Used to use one colour but thought 2 colours might make it more recognizable if any confusion.

Mine usually come with markings already on them. Got loads with 2 coloured dots that I find in the rough

I colour in the looped part of the 'L' in Titleist and put a dot either side of pro v 1.

A little pink combination of my three initials. Pees me off finding a good ball with great scrawling graffiti all over it making it unusable by me other than for practice (which I don't)

My postcode on it so it can find it's way home. Yes I have done this I have also written an obsene word on them when I'm playing badly and they seem to find their way back to me as well. For qualifiers and matches I put a green line through to ball make so it can still be read.

I put about 7 or 8 black dots on top and same on bottom so the ball looks like it has a rash
