11.20 suits me. Bit of time to clear any hangover and have a couple of practice putts before I duff my first tee shot.

Jezz found out at Machrihanish how quick us Scotsmen can run to get footage of someone elses misfortune.

Where abouts is everyone staying? Made a last minute decision to stay Sunday night and considering my options. Looking at possibility of meeting up for a few beers.

Looking forward to this, handicap is still 13 but inactive.
Assuming this means I'm not in it to win it !!
Off at 12 with Steve and Ian, should be a great day.

Haha.
We were back on the tee and the image of thecraw scuttling across the fairway with his camera like a spider with a fly caught in his web will live with me a long time!!

Looks like its going to be a long day for both of us then..(insertsmiliesmilie).. My first round for 4 weeks tomorrow, if the course doesnt slide off the hill into the river with all this rain.. Who knows, I might just rediscover my long lost swing..

It's all suddenly become a lot more exciting now we can see our tee times, can't wait!

Malcolm, am I right in assuming that you're sweatysock41?
If so and you're travelling on the day, do you fancy sharing transport? I can pick you up on my way with just a small detour, let me know?

Nick, you are right - you must think I am an ungrateful sod as I will have to decline your kind offer again - I'm not travelling up from home, you would have a 50 mile detour each way and I've got to drop HID off at her mates before I depart and pick her up on my way back.

Looking forward to it though will be good to finally get a game together - just hope we do the course justice i.e. lose less than 10 balls in my case at present.

No problem Mal you ungrateful sod!

Yes, should be good to at last get a game together, I just hope that Stuart's game is on song if we're to have any chance in the team event...
