I've got the above trolley and the red/black plastic connectors have cracked, and it's not a solid connection, so the lights flicker on and off when going over the terrain. Does anybody know someone in the Coventry/Birmingham area who repairs these trolleys,or where I can buy these connectors? Thanks.

Is it the connector on the battery or the trolley that's cracked?
If it's the former then you'll get one from ebay for a few quid, just search for Torberry cable. this simply screws onto the battery.

If it's the connector going into the motor controller on the trolley then you may be able to cut the old one off and crimp a new one on (watch the orientation). The loose connectors are also available on ebay. If you do this the cable will be a bit shorter, so make sure it's still long enough.

Or you could just phone the Hillman distributer and take their advice.

Cheers, it's the connectors on the cable attached to the battery. Can't you buy these Torberry cables from the shops?
