As far as I know none of us here have had it ..

Just done our Sunday LFTs both still negative

Must just be incredibly lucky. Wife works with SEN kids who don't understand social distancing .. i have worked throughout.. eldest was at pre school and now school .. still so far so good.....

Wife had to test every day for 7 days the other week after close contact in her team ... She and one other both didn't get it (other has 1 jab.. wife has all 3) the rest of team got spooked by the fake stories on vaccine (Muslim faith and the pork in the vaccine stories etc) they all got covid

I don’t know for sure. I had the worst cough I’ve ever had in early 2020 before the first lockdown and working from home. It lasted for nearly a month and was incredibly painful, felt like I was coughing my lungs up every time. At the time assumed it was just a bad flu, we didn’t have testing at the time and the first wave hadn’t really kicked off so can’t be sure it was Covid, but seems likely.

Haven’t had anything since then, been in contact with infected people, and had days with the odd sniffles, but fortunately thus far, not had any positive tests.

Yes as currently still have it. The worst sore throat you could ever imagine, and that’s the only symptom I have. Everything else is ok.

hoping it can clear up soon

Wife and I both had it back in November 2021 after a weekend at Slaley Hall. Both double jabbed at the time and just had medium flu-like symptoms for 4-5 days. Our sense of smell and taste is still AWOL even 3 months later.

Just had a cracking fillet steak with a mustard sauce… you’d have loved it!

Similar to Imurg I may have had it in early 2020 before there were any simple tests for it.
3 of my daughters college mates definitely had it and both of us were a bit 'off' around that time.

At the time I just put it down to my usual cold weather chest problems.

Returned from a skiing trip early March 2020. Geneva airport was heaving. 3 days later my wife started feeling unwell and I followed her the next day. She was pretty bad for 10 days - fever, headache, exhaustion, loss of taste & small. I was luckier, just generally knackered for about 5 days, only a mild fever. Neither of us had a cough. Symptoms suggest that my wife definitely had Covid, and since I was ill with her, chances are so did I.
Just as we got better, lockdown 1 happened.

Have just returned from our first skiing trip since then. Innsbruck airport was heaving. Fingers crossed we don't get a repeat! (LFT this morning was negative)

Yes - got it during the Delta period in July 2021 - the Euros final. Went to what should have been a quiet clubhouse (football not golf) but word had obviously got round and the place was packed. Loads of us who went got it. I'd had one jab by that stage, so it didn't feel any worse than a cold that lasted around 3 or 4 days.

I still think I might have also had way back in January 2020 before anyone really knew what we were dealing with. I recall feeling very ill then with a huge seal-like cough. Impossible to say for sure it was Covid though of course.

I had an annoying cough trough all that time without explanation. I did work for a company where people occasionally flew to China, maybe someone in the office brought it back before it was a thing?

Just coming out of my 10 day isolation today. I think we caught it at a soft play on that Sunday. The misses had it Wednesday a week ago when the rest tested negative. I had symptoms and tested positive on Thursday evening that week, the little one tested positive the following Tuesday and still isn’t free again yet.

Once in July '21, I was double jabbed at the time, a bit of a cough and vertigo for two days, managed to carry on working from home for all but one day when I had to go back to bed. Sense of taste and smell came back about 6 weeks after.
