Have I broke my driver?

I was washing my clubs earlier, and I had my driver resting on the side of the bag, shaft to the floor. Somewhat foolishly I had taken the head cover off...

My cat jumped onto my bag from the nearby worktop, moving the bag sufficiently enough to cause the driver to fall to the floor before I had a chance to grab it... this is the resulting damage.

I'm hoping it's just a scratch on the paintwork, but how likely is it that I've done some damage to the club? How would I know if it has suffered damage/is broken?

It looks as if the paint has cracked rather than the head itself.
You will know straight away whether its broken or not when you hit it, cracked heads are normally more muted compared to before the damage.
I'd be very surprised if falling over would actually crack the head, but its not impossible.

i would say its 100% fudged (to the wife that probably owns said feline) then tell her she owes you £300 for an new R1, 913, G25 etc..
