Was gonna do a rambling post last night on here and on FB about how the last decade has gone. How Tashyboy has found golf again. How redundancy came to be, how retirement is. Been a massive decade of change. For some reason I thought sod it. Last month has been a bit tough.
Dec 1st me PP rang and said wife has had a massive stroke. Gutted for him, he won’t be golfing for an age, but that’s the least of his probs. Had a txt 3 days ago an ex pal finally passed away to brain tumours. Missis T got a txt this morning to say a pal of ours now has Myloma.
Sat here a bit deflated but still thinking life goes on.
Over the last decade Ave been graced with a couple of grandkids that will be here within an hour and life will be sweet again. Maybe life has a way of saying ” Al take with one hand but give with the other”.
What I do know is that Brexit, politics, forum distances with a 7 iron etc etc are quite insignificant in the grand scale of things. But family and friends, forum friends are all that really matter. So give um a cuddle from Mr and Missis Tash.
