Got my first subscribers edition about 6 weeks ago and was told that my free gift (Srixon z stars) would take 2-5 weeks to arrive, just wondering why it hasn't and if this has happened to anyone else?

phone the helpline number you will have been given when you took out the subscription, quote your subscriber number and they'll be able to let you know the ETA on the balls
