Did anyone else manage to get a look at Padraigs' round yesterday in Ireland ?

He was knobbling it all over the place , into the trees/bushes/rough , everywhere except the fairway. He proceeded to shoot a 67

Man that guy can scramble better than anyone i've ever seen. Chip ins for par / canning long putts for par / getting up and down from 120 yds for par , the blokes a scrambling God.

Then he gets a chance for birdie on the last and knocks it in with the biggest smile you've ever seen , genius :)

Yeah i watched most of it,thats how to turn a 77 in to a 67,i tend to do the opposite turn 76 in to 83,it was great to watch along with fishers 61.

Yes he scrambles so well that if he can find a long game again he should be challenging for more Majors soon.

What's happened to his long game then? Just goes to show how fragile it is, even for the best.

I've said it before, the man is a scrambling ###',he gets up and down out of ball washers and if he couldn't he wouldn't be in the top 100 in the world.

Heart of a lion but not a man I would like to play foursomes golf with.

I think it was Boxall who called it a good pro scoring round which I guess means he got the most out of an indifferent ball striking performance. I know he's been working on swing changes but he really looks to be struggling off the tee and with approaches but even ttoday in the 3rd round he was making remarkable putts for birdies and par. I think he's only three off the lead so still right in the mix if he can find some fairways.

When is Harrington not working on swing changes?

He's a perfect example of a player who tampered too much with something that wasn't broken.
