It's not happy holidays, it's Happy Christmas.
Must we follow the Yanks with everything?

Not only that, the last box of Christmas cards I bought just read Merry Christmas on them...no Happy New Year. Is that different in Scotland?

I believe it’s happy whatever anyone wants it to be. I don’t look to impose my beliefs on others, nor do I accept any imposition on me. If someone wants to wish me “happy holidays,” that’s fine, I appreciate their wishes. And I’ll wish them “Merry Christmas “ back at them.
