Same here, but every now and again if you forgotten to record it, it’s good just to go into the guide and click on the programme and you can watch it - don’t know how long it goes back but 7 days at least.

I hate all bots and never get the answer I need.
So I always phone Virgin and even though the operator is sometimes difficult to understand they are usually very helpful.

How are you managing to speak to a human? All the options to do so have disappeared since I last communicated with one.
