Why the heck did I take it up :D

I know I'm not going to be Nick Faldo within a few months but come on!

Yesterday at the driving range, hit loads of great balls, only a couple leaked left and right with various clubs.
Just got back from a couple of hours at a local par 3 course and couldn't hit for toffee. For some reason most shots were to the left by 10 or so yards! Lost 5 balls as the rough was so bad on the edge of the course.

Extremely frustrating and back to the drawing board I think, on the up side I did hit the flag 6 times with chips from around the greens :whoo:

How frustrating must it be to only miss your target by 10 or so yards...........:fore:

I didn't play well yesterday. Actually I played like king of the knobs. Hit it great warming up and then carved tee shots OB on first and second and the tone was set. Played some good stuff in between the dross but tempo supersonic, and the swing not solid with too many moving parts. Back to basics this week and a few social holes to work it out.
