Buying new golf clothing that goes bobbly on the shoulders after a few rounds because you are carrying your bag for the winter.

I have found previously that people like this don’t realise how bad they are and the impact they have on others.

Hopefully the quiet word will work and he will be more enjoyable to play with.

We all know it’s nice to be a good golfer but it’s nicer to be a good golfing partner

Knowing this, I try to behave appropriately, not to swear and to just keep my mouth shut.
But I'm afraid my facial expression betrays me anyway.
I'm working on it - both my facial expression and (above all !) my attitude ... !
There is a saying in German: “Golf teaches humility !” - and I am currently feeling *very* humble ... !
On Wednesday, I have my next coaching session, followed by a short round (9 holes) on the course - fingers crossed !
