This.You need to find the spot in the arm where the pain is & massage it quite hard with 2 fingers several times a day for about 10 seconds to try & break up the inflammation - if you are doing it properly, it will hurt.

Also I had some dumbbells at work and I used to sit with my arm on the arm of a chair and raise and lower the dumbbell with just my wrist moving up and down. Both palm down and then palm up.
