GOLF MONTHLY FORUM EMAILS -- Help Required

Hi, Was just wondering if there is a way NOT to recieve email notifications every time a thread you have contributed to has been replied or to notify you that you have posted on a thread.........???
Its just I had 398 emails in my Inbox today.....!!!
Is there something I can do / change, in settings, Profile.....??
Or is this just something gota put up with........???

Go into your settings and there are options for notifications change it to none I suppose if you dont want a zillion emails :rofl:

General settings, thread subscription, change to do not subscribe and save the setting. Then go to My subscriptions (option on left menu list) and clear your subscriptions, hey presto, no more emails.
