Wearing specs is my biggest problem in the rain, as you end up with very blurred vision looking through the raindrops on them. If I know it's going to rain I wear contact lens, but weather forecasts can be wrong!

Sealskinz socks are brilliant. You can go in water over your shoes & your feet feel cold & wet for a couple of minutes. Then the water in your shoes warm up & for the rest of the round your feet are cosy & bone dry.Agree with most of previous, mac wets, GG waterproofs etc, however, best thing I've ever invested in for rainy days, SEALSKINZ Socks, guaranteed warm dry feet, no matter how much it rains, greatest invention ever , imo of course
Trouble is that I'm developing cataracts, and I am advised to wear tinted glasses with an anti-UV coating when I am out of doors. OK I can wear sunglasses with contacts, but that is more hassle than just wearing reaction specs. I limit my use of contacts to very wet and very dull days. Can you not just play in contacts all the time.
I've recently been prescribed a set of windscreens and I'm already looking at contacts just for golf
Any particular rain glove folk are recommending? I have decided to get a set myself but wondered if there is much difference in them....
This. And a flask of tea/coffee for half-way round. Also spare socks for afterwards
MacWets are fantastic, the wetter they get the better they perform
