Golf Ball Testing

Hey everyone,

Me and the guys at Cleobury got asked to devise a ball test for slow swing speed golfers. Like snowman golf we put a bit of good old British humor/ cheese on it to make it not so boring! However the results speak for themselves.

Dont you guys have any work to do like changing members spikes or picking up balls off the range?
So your conclusion was keep your balls warm. Genious
But not too warm though

Sure the test is void, the test pilot was holding the club the wrong way round

On a serious note, you tested a 2 piece warm and cold, why wasnt a cold tour ball tested?

I was more impressed by how straight he was hitting the balls every time, everyone within a 5 yard wide zone, not bad for a 15 handicapper

Bobmac, haha yup just to prove the myth of warm balls is true! You should come bk to cleo for a knock soon!

Oddsocks, it was a 2 piece/ slow swing speed test, we didnt freeze the tour ball because in theory a normal ball wouldnt go as far, therefore a frozen tour ball would travel even less. Although testing a tour ball is something we are looking into.

Wheyyaman - wide angle lenses the distance was about 20 25 yards.

and yes we had to use a left hander, no one else was available! haha!
