Golf and gym

Anytime i do the gym i will do chest. Deadlifts and squats. Only do light weight with high reps on my chest though. Done them heavy and the golf the follwing day was terrible. Horrible weak feeling when swinging the club.

In my opinion you should have friday as a rest day. Well no weights. Cardio will be fine
 
I work out too and I have to leave at least two days before a round if I want to avoid delay onsted muscle fatigue, if I dont im so stiff and sore that my swing ompletely goes and I loose any rhythm and feel i have. Id rather do cardio or HIIT the day before a round to keep the fat at bay. (as much I can anyway). Basically any weights or stength training is done Thursday latest.
