I wear a glove, a titleist perma soft leather one at the moment. I can't play without a glove, grip is not as good without, and my hand often becomes uncomfortable through the friction. I have tried playing without one, but seemed to automatically grip the club to tightly, resulting in a bit of a hook if I remmeber correctly.

To be honest though I think it just depends on what your used to. When I first started playing I was given a glove and just wore it, so I guess I just got used to it.

i do, i wear a callaway one (naturally)

But i do have a nike one i use sometimes at the range.

Find not wearin a glove feels like leaving the house without ya mobile, or playing football commando. Just not quite right!

Oh yes I wear a glove, luckily enough NB's stock Ping gloves so I normally take a run to their shop around this time of year and buy myself 5 or 6 to keep me going all year. I couldn't play without a glove.

I use Srixon all weather as they don't have the tightness of leather which I find off putting also they give me great grip. I sometimes pitch and putt with no glove but feel without it on the longer shots I wouldn’t have the grip needed.

Always wear a golve. At the moment am using Inesis Tour Leather gloves. These are very soft, thin leather gloves but only cost £3.50 each.

Never wear one.

Got one for xmas when i was lad. When I had worn a hole in it I went off to buy a new one. Thats when i realised a new one would cost a whole weeks paper money. Never worn one since!!!

I always wear a glove and have started to use it as a swing memory aid. It has GASP written on the back which reminds me to think about my Grip, Allignment, Stance and Posture. I also have dots on my knuckles as I am trying to use a stronger grip and it reminds me that I should see at least 2 or 3 knuckles at address.
Not sure its working yet though as the fade/slice is still apparent.

Yes - always wear a footjoy whilst playing on the course. However, have taken to not wearing a glove at the range (don't know why really!).

I have also got a pair of MacGregor MacWets for playing in the rain (when I have to). These are excellant and provide great grip in wet weather. Has anyone else tried them?

What I wear and when varies, I've got Footjoy, Srixon (they were 3-for in directgolf) and AG winter gloves (£4 a pair for when I'm wimpy). Often take them off for putting.
The AG's rarely stay on my right hand past the 3rd.

I wear Footjoy SciFlex because I find them the most comfortable. Soft and thin enought to still feel the club but realtively durable for a premium glove

Same for me- for exactly the same reasons. Navy blue is good.

Trying to create the same bond between hand and grip without one is asking for tension and over tightness to creep in.

I make 'em last though. Almost till the last bit of Cabretta splits. About 3-4 months usually. Not bad for a tenner

Footjoy for me.
I bought a nasty cheap glove from DG a while back (Trilogy) Used it once and had to remove it on the 9th hole as my hand was wringing with sweat and the tight fit had gone decidedly baggy.

Bought a Footjoy glove, found it a much better, longer lasting glove.

That reminds me, I must be due a replacement soon. No holes but it has stretched a little.

the new Mizuno one with the rubber spine down the back of the hand to stop you gripping it too tight. This glove is my secret weapon recently.

Does this have a name Madandra? sounds worth a look.
