The belt clip broke off my device, so I contacted customer service at the beginning of June, a replacement clip arrived over the weekend, it meant removing the back and red pad to swap it over, a simple job, but after I had done it the device would not switch on. I contacted them last night and after a couple of emails a new device is in the post.

A very good response.
