Gagging to hit some balls - failed

Haven't hit balls at the range in weeks and not hit off turf this year - a combination of weather, work and the family.

Hurry home tonight as it's not minus 5 with the plan being to go to the range, quick scoff, few bed time stories with the kids for my nearest and dearest to then say that she was going for a swim....

I smiled on the outside as she walked out the front door and am now consoling myself by putting on the carpet.... It's not the same though - and 2011 was going to be my year.

It will take all my will power not to say something when she walks back through the door

oh wait, I did that and she left me...... (was a sweet low blow though).

unfortunately women do not need to plan anything or inform us, we however, have to plan with military precision and book with HID months in advance (subject to change if she changes her plans nearer the time)
