Fused toes!

Does anyone on the forum currently play golf with fused big toes or know anyone who does?

Looking like I may have to get both big toes fused so wondered if anyone has had this operation and if it effected their balance or golf swing. Any help or advice welcomed. My doctor seems quite confident that it won't have any effect at all as the toes will be fused in a natural position with an angle of roughly 20 degrees to aid walking.

Have had a fused left big toe since childhood. It has a small inhibiting affect on the follow through but in truth it isn't the reason I'm cr#p at golf.

Hey Steve leave off the Ecco Shoes ! Crawford I'm with Steve about talking to Dr Ray and gathering as much info as possible about the effects of this operation.

Mate had both done. Didn't make any difference to his game... 14 h'cap before, and a year later still 14.
