Just wanted to see if anyone else on here watched Friday Night Lights (the TV series not the film)? The film is very good but the TV series really is one of the best things out there at the moment.
With its 4th series just having finished in the US this week, it is the story of a small town in Texas called Dillon, the people of this town and their High School football team.
Neither knowledge nor interest of American Football is needed to enjoy what is undoubtedly my favourite drama around.
Appallingly treated by ITV (who had the rights), it was deserving of a much much bigger audience than it ever got over here.
You can pick it up on DVD Boxset and, if you've never seen it, I'd urge you to check it out, it is absolutely brilliant stuff.
