Long bunker shot, of say 50 yds, for me: - most amateurs struggle enough as it is playing a short bunker shot with much control. The added distance with the need to hit closer to the ball, control swing length and speed, being brave enough to fully commit without decelerating is very difficult.

So if your next shot is a 2 inch tap in putt you find that more difficult than the tee shot that follows it?
