Was just looking for a fellow forum members 'For Sale' post and couldn't find it. Then checked their name on the forum user list and couldn't find it.
I assume this person has closed his 'account' with the website so it deletes all his posts.

Anyway... I was astonished to see there was a very large amount of users that have registered and never posted anything. Not one post.

Firstly...why register???
Secondly... Why doesn't the website delete these people if they have never posted and it's been 6 months let's say till they first registered??

It will free up plenty of usernames that people might have wanted but some anonymous person who never ever posted one post has taken up??

Some are lurkers and some are active posters, all forums have them
Posts are not deleted upon members being banned etc, if the FS thread was up and the user was not allowed to post due to post counts or not being on the forum long are usually canned into the suspended section.

It's a bit odd, but I'm fairly sure I'm registered on a few forums and never posted. I've read them and intended to comment, or found my answer without posting, or ???

I was just looking for Wolfman055 as I wanted to see if he ever sold his spare R11 but his post which was back in March time has gone and he's no longer on the user list.

He was a fairly regular poster if fairness to him.

The greens over the past few weeks have improved no end! They're fantastic at the moment!

we had a good day thanks, I played to my handicap (18) so can't ask for anymore. The course was in good condition as always...playing at Beau Desert in their invitation day on Sunday so more fast greens to have 3 puts on I guess.

We will have to sort out a game sometime, we have a reciprocal arrangement between our clubs which is handy.

When is best for you? Are you free during the week or is it only weekends?

I only work 3 days a week & can choose which days I work mostly with a bit of notice but I'm also free on weekends. I'm only a midweek member at Ingestre though so if you want to come to our place it would have to be during the week

I had him down as a reserve for Beau but when I tried to PM him got a 'user doesn't exist' error. Shame.

Wolfman055 won at the GM Beau meet last year. It is a pity to lose someone who got involved.
