Reading since i went to my first game at Elm Park in 1970. My daughter also has supported them since her first game in 2001. She still fancies Nicky Forster
Been through thin and thin with them since my dad took me to my first game in '71 but things have been looking up over the last few years, on the pitch at least.
1st and foremost Scotland. I have been going to see them since I was 6 and the 1st game of the rollercoaster journey was v Sweden at Hampden in a WC Qualifier 1981 that we won 2-0 in front of about 85000 I think.....sadly it has been mostly downhill since but I am looking forward to going to Prague next month for the game like I used to look forward to Xmas as a 6 year old!! I just know though that it'll be another superb trip with only the 90 minutes of football spoiling it!
On the domestic front it's The Hoops,Glasgow Celtic,1st game I went to see at Paradise was funnily enough v my home town team Berwick Rangers who's results I also follow and go to on the odd occasion.
My first game was in 1985 against Man U. We lost 1-0. Loved them ever since.
I've been to such wonderous places as Stoke to see the Palace aces play. I was there when Claridge broke my heart. I was there when David 'bomber' Hopkins - the greatest thing to come out of Scotland - beautifully curled the winner past the Sheffield United keeper's outstretched hand to send us into the PL wonderland.
I was there when Ashley Cole scored a wonder goal against Blackburn in '99 (he was on loan). We tried to buy him for £1,000,000.......
