Great to see England playing without fear, Lancaster and his crew have really showed the doubters at 'headquarters' how the game should really be played. They were so fast and their off loading was brilliant. Play like that and they will turn the 6 Nations into an exhibition game.
Scotland played well to keep it nearly decent. Penalties cost us dearly. No shame.

Ben Youngs really kept the pace moving for England which created some exiting Rugby. Nice change from some of the stodgy Calcutta Cups we have seen.
we used to be an exceptional rugby nation- then it went professional and a lot of the passion disappeared to be replaced by commercial decisions. I never missed a home nation game, especially France away............now I don't even watch it on the telly

In fairness with banter aside, the score does not reflect Scotland's game. They always put in their best against the old foe and fought hard today, fair dues to them.
England under Stuart Lancaster's coaching and selection seem to be a complete breath of fresh air. Lets hope it can prevail.

Population isn't all that relevant, Wales have been grand slam champs twice in recent years. Scotland played ok in spells but give away too may penalties every year. Ireland v England next week will measure England better.
