Today I had my first 18 holes in over 2 1/2 years, only been to the range twice during this time. Have to say absolutely delighted with an 82 (38 out 44 back) included 2 penalty shout for an OB at 13, however 41 of those strokes were with the putter so it tells where the practice is required.
OK granted at 5700 yards par 70 sss67 Elmwood is not the longest or most challenging course around but still happy with the score.
Plenty of practice on the short game over the next few weeks before I submit 3 cards and get the handicap back again.
