Hi everyone,

Been lurking on here for a few months, really enjoyed the posts and banter so thought I'd attempt to join in.

I have been hackin my way round courses for years, but took the game up on a regular basis last february when I moved to Aylesbury and retired from Gaelic Football.

Currently a member at Aylesbury Park Golf club with a handicap of 22.5.

Took the plunge in January and invested in a nice set of JPX 800 irons and am finally starting to play some nice golf. Broke 90 twice in the last few weeks and looking forward to getting the handicap down.

Howdy and congrats on busting the 90 barrier.

This is what I love about the site. Some people here are trying to break 100, some 70, but everyone loves the game and has their own personal goal which, when achieved, everyone delights in.

welcome slicer i played a bit of gaelic in my youth my dad played for yorkshire and my grandad played for tyrone when he live back home wish i still played tbh and congrats on the 90 barrier
