Memories of an empty Biro taped to the pushbike handlebars, opposite ends of the subway/underpass with a pack of mini rockets each.

Just me then? Thankfully we were not great at aiming on the move.

Trying to imagine this, bit unclear - Assuming the mini rockets fit into the biros as an aiming device? Why fixed to handlebars though? - did you cycle towards eachother 'no hands' like 'jousting on bikes' whilst using your hands to light matches (whilst moving) then setting light to rockets to shoot at eachother?

Mind boggles.

Yep pretty much it. Biro was launcher. Mounted at ends so could just about steer. Lighter rather than matches. Bit like jousting yeah. Seemed a good idea at the time, but thankfully accuracy was poor.
