I spoke to Ping last week and they asked me to take them to the closest Ping retailer which turned out to be American Golf. Now as I was fitted at Hensol/Golfbuyitonline , you can imagine how I felt going into a rival store and asking them to send them back for me.
Not only have American Golf sent them back for me, they refitted me to make sure nothing in my swing had changed all free of charge.
Even better the pro in the shop spoke to Ping and between them ive now gone from I20 irons to I25 again free of charge.
Fantastic service from a company that gets quite a bit of bashing on here and to be honest im normally the first with the pitchfork.
