Playing the Old Course at St Andrews this morning. Obviously a life long dream. The town itself just makes you feel good. There's just something about it.

Playing with Glynn, Jim and Birchy. No doubt I will pick up the wooden spoon but I really don't care.

I last played there in 1968 with a mate who had just resat his University finals (too much golf, girls, drink & folk music) He gave us all the lines & we certainly needed the advice, it's not at all obvious where to hit it on a lot of holes.

Agreed, a caddie, even 1 between the 4 of you will be invaluable and you will enjoy the course more.

4 hours 10 minutes off the whites. Went far too quickly for my liking

Wow, what an experience

Loved it, shot 37 front 9 then hit the wall of bunkers on the back 9 and struggled. Captainron played superb on the back 9! Git.
