The Eden Tournament is always extremely popular and over-subscribed and this Centenary year, even more so.

I don’t want to give you false hope but there would be about 80 people on a reserve list ahead of you – in fact I wouldn’t even have that many on a reserve list, so I regret that unfortunately you will not be successful this year.

I regret that I cannot offer you any more positive news.

Wow! Sorry to hear that Mark, exceptional entry this year I guess due to it's centenary. Keep trying next year though, it's always a really fun week.

Amazingly low cut off, the Strath is a lot lower this year too, last year I was 1st reserve on 10.8, this year I am 27th reserve on 10.6!

I got an email this morning saying I'd missed out. But I didn't enter... the email also said my application will stay on file for any drop outs and for next year...

I guess its because I missed out last year.
