I had a nice chat with my local pro today (he is a great golfer but hardly ever show up at the range!)and he told me, which just like some replys on here, to go for 10.5 degree upward...certainly no lower. As my swing is on a slow side he also said to go for a 460cc to create more impact.
I really hurt my back today :-( I twisted try to stop half way throgh a big swing last week and it happen again today. Very painful but no doubt I couldn't stop myself hit 150 balls again tomorrow....no pain - no gain eh.
