down swing problem

looking for some practice drills that stop myself coming from an outside line on my downswing.
first noticed the problem with the dreaded sockets on all 3 wedges from 100 yards out.
have tried placing a large wooden box a couple of inches from the ball but find that i constantly hook all shots.
handicap 10

Got any video? Could be a number of reasons, but I'd check your set-up angles first of all.

Sounds like you have the same issue as me, problem is I have had the problem for about 3 years on and off. So trying to change the swing thought and actual swing is taking time.

Lots of practice is the simple answer, oh and I am sure you will get frustrated as things don't quite work out as thought

It sounds like you could benefit for looking into whether you are outside the line on the downswing or just letting the club separate away from your body through impact.
