Do you try to keep fit?

Like ChrisD, my body is also a temple - to Baccus, the Roman god of wine

Try to keep fairly active with usual routine :-

Sunday morning golf
Monday evening warm up in gym followed by racket ball doubles
Tuesday evening ---do---
Wed morning golf
Thursday morning squash for 1 1/2 hours or so
Friday morning golf
Saturday day of rest and cooking the weekly roast

Don't know where all the time goes :mmm:

Problem is that neither the golf, racket ball or squash are improving. Not a bad cook though

To be fair Dave, you were taking so much time sorting yourself out for your tee shot that, when I woke up from my short doze, I (wrongly) assumed that you had played your shot.

Easy mistake to make .......
