I'd just gently remind them that there are other less glamorous titles within the IPC stable than GM that they could be writing for and then start telling them about your 2 eagle round.

Your not very good at blowing your own trumpet are you Mike ? If you can't make two eagles into more than one paragraph i am not sure you should be on this forum. Call yourself a writer/journalist/editor.
How did you finish Mike? 2 eagles is still pretty good going regardless of length. Im sure the knees were knocking a little on the second one as you realised you were on the doorstep of greatness about to step through!!
