I'm not arguing Homer - every time someone replies to you Homer doesn't mean they are arguing, im just interested to know how you dismiss it without trying it - especially when people dismiss other methods of aiming or thinking etc without trying them they are told not to judge without trying etc

Seriously mate you should give one a go. I had a ping anser and loved it. I didnt want to try a sldr as i think they look like cheap tat. However the figure speak for themselves and has made a huge difference. I just make sure i close my eyes when taking the head cover off so i cant see the bottom

All trackman type devices extrapolate ball performance from whatever you are hitting to top premium ball characteristics, same as they assume you have perfect weather conditions and so give zero wind, perfect atmospheric pressure, perfectly cut fairways lengths and rock hard fairways for roll out.

I have had the same experience after a massive fall out with my titleist I went to my local golf shop and was speaking to the pro there and after wanting a sldr since they came out I asked him to fit me for one, the stock shafts the had wasn't really holding my swing speed to great I'm not gonna divulge numbers due to the fact I'm a high handicapper and everybody will call BS but anyway he put the head onto his own shaft that he games and it was the same black tie shaft and I was getting pretty giddy with the numbers I was seeing! For all the doubters if you haven't tried it I really wouldn't be so quick to judge with the right head/shaft combo I honestly think it's a complete game changer. Still haven't bought one the wife said no

Wow, so you got an improvement from you can't say to you won't say, giving a total gain or loss of who knows how many yards? Was the dispersion also improved from wow that much to hmm that is a bit better?

let the fun begin! Total distance was 303 yards using a a pro v1x swing speed 112 smash was 1.53 head was a neutral setting 9.5 but I'm a 28 handicap player how is this possible?
