D-Day....

There are quite a few active forumers who made the shortlist, fragger, stevelev, Junior, vkurup plus lots who are registered but don't recognise usernames

Fragger probably wont want to hear this but he was 1st reserve in the break 90 category

To give you an idea of numbers who got invloved we had 2360 requests for forms and 776 completed applications

AAARRRGGGHHH,, So Close

If for any reason the break 90 winner cant make it, give me a shout

Thanks Mike,

very happy With The Lee Westwood day

Fragger

I am in :D (well, one of the 20!). Am in to the Break 90 category. Am intrigued as to a 24 handicapper who hasn't broken 100 competitively. Must be a supplementary (card) addict!!

It's the day after my 25th birthday, so can't wait!!

I'm the winner of the Break-100 category. I feel guilty for not posting more prolifically since joining, but I'm sure you'll be hearing plenty from me in the next 7 months!

Over the moon we have some forum members on here and stoked for my buddy Fragger to get a little piece of the action.

Enjoy all and make the very most of it!!!

I am a little shocked that so few entered actually.

Well done GM as always!!

Tell us a bit about yourelf Tallpaul, where do you play, what are your current bats etc.

Also, do you mind if I ask, how did you manage a 24 handicap without breaking 100, has your course got a high SSS?

Congrats to all the winners from here.

I didn't enter having had a peach of a prize recently with the TM fitting at Wentworth I didn't think it was fair to put my name in the hat for this as well, however...... if I had even had an idea that it would be Westwood I would have driven down to GM towers with my entry form in person.

Hope you guys can spur him on to win a Major this year

Great prize - well done GM again and well done PING.

very, very very very jeleaous now I know its Lee !!!!!!!!

No problem, I play Bourn, Cambridgeshire and my current sticks are nearly all TaylorMade:

Driver - TaylorMade Superfast Burner 10.5
Fairway wood - TaylorMade RBZ 3 Wood
Hybrid 1 - TaylorMade Superfast Burner 3
Hybrid 2 - TaylorMade Superfast Burner 5
Irons - TaylorMade RAC OS 6-PW
Wedges - TaylorMade RAC 52/56/60
Putter - Odyssey 2-Ball White Ice

I got a 24.0 handicap assigned back in November based on 1 of my 3 cards. I played really well on my first card and shot 102 gross, cutting the blobs back to 2-over gave me a net 94 with a SSS 70 (yellow tees). My course is a different prospect off the whites and my other two cards were from them and would both have given me 28.0.

Well done to all the winners, chuffed for Fragger though a shame he wasnt 1 spot higher

congrats Tallpaul and enjoy the experience. Whats Bourn like currently - its on our smartcard list and planning heading over there in the next month or two

Congratulations to all the winners - didn't enter as not a member at a club but a number of great opportunities for folk.

Fragger - sure we can arm you with some interesting 'cut to the chase' questions for Mr Westwood!

Congrats to all those who either won or were shortlisted. I didn't enter as I just couldn't commit to the dates required. I'm really looking forward to hearing about the mental side of the coaching, and how they get people to focus on score reductions on a given day...
