After being abused at the Blackmoor Meet for my lack of a hot curry tolerance, I decided to try to up the stakes and push the boundaries....

Now up to a madras!! Now before anyone rips me too much, thats good for me!

But to come crashing back down to earth I had a Chinese Chicken Curry with my other half this week and nearing end of the meal I had to ask for a glass of water.

Rick, I was so shocked it was class! there's me battling away through a madras the week before and this week a chinese curry does me in. Couldn't believe it.

About the same I guess. Different kind of taste though. As I say, a bit "sweet 'n sour". Try one. See how you get on.

Don’t beat yourself up too much; I never go up to a Madras, it's just not fun. I really think that people who go for really hot curry's are trying to make up for some inadequacy somewhere.

Try a Pathia. Tasty and flavoursome, not stuffed with lentils, bit sweet and sour, wont screw your taste buds up or burn your throat. What it will do though is allow you to remind the wife who blows the loudest ar5e trumpet.
