What's your favourite curry?

This one. Takes a while but absolutely worth it.

This better be worth it mate :angry: I'm making it for my Masters opening round meal.
The paste tasted absolutely rammel, it doesn't get much better now it's all bubbling away, hopefully it's one of those dishes that comes together as its cooking

If it’s a curry its good, my favourite is the one I’m eatin’ next.

I’m actually making a home made curry with chicken thighs and veg right now.

The last curry I even remotely enjoyed was a packet Vesta one about 50 years ago.

Contradiction in terms, Vesta and enjoyed 😄 I remember the chicken being a bit like rubber, overall pretty bland.
Do they still exist ?

Also like a Chinese Curry, rather different with the onions, peas and a peppery sauce

That Rendang was nice in the end, not sure I’ll make it again though as I prefer Indian curries to Thai type stuff.
