Contacting GM

Does anybody know how I can get hold of someone in the GM office? I was lucky enough to have a letter chosen as the Letter of the Month is the last issue, but have not heard anything from GM regarding the Titleist balls that I supposedly have won. I have been emailing without response, and just get disconnected when I try to call.

In fact, I hadn't heard anything at all regarding my letter, so was a bit surprised when I opened the magazine and saw it on the letters page. Last time I sent in a letter (a rule enquiry) that was used I was emailed before publication to let me know it was going to be used.
