Compacting my golf swing

As can be seen in my videos, my swing is very free flowing and loose. This results in inconsistency from round to round, when it’s on I feel like I could play off scratch, when it’s off I think I’m lucky to be a single digit handicapper.

Any recommendations on how I can tighten up my swing? I’ve never had a lesson or gave much thought to how I swing, any help would be appreciated. 😊
