Ever since he discovered my Regular shafted Ping G20 Driver, hes been on fire
we didnt know how much he was going to be cut before we played, so we agreed a 2 shot cut to 7 and the git still got 44 points
Neither me or CVG got close
but agree, he does need to show that form in a comp

Excellent shooting old chap. Not sure I'd want to have so few shots to play with over the winter but you seem to think anything is possible right now so I'm expecting gross 66's in the wet and windy conditions of mid January as a norm

I'm putting it down to not having to hack drives out of the rough so much. The G20 is just working.
Also today I holed a mile of putts. A month ago I couldn't buy a 6 footer, today I was rolling in 15-20 footers for fun.
Playing off 5 all Winter is going to be interesting...!!
