Chelsea fan. Who should I blame?

Re: AVB Gone

If anyone follows Michael Vaughan on Twitter, he has a contact at Sky known only as Roger the Rum Man and he is very rarely wrong on his football gossip. He posted last night that AVB would go today so was sort of expecting this.

Re: AVB Gone

That Rogers good like, I reckon Stevie Wonder would have seen that coming

To be fair he comes up with some good stuff and is generally correct on the facts and the timing. Admit this one was one of the more obvious ones but many pundits were giving him until after the Champions League match.

I'll look out for him while am twating. You do get some good insider info (and rumours) on twitter right enough, I'm a fan.

Yes man in charge for the rest of the season, should allow JT, Lampard and Drogba to pick the team again.

What a shambles.

Roman has wasted about £30m on managers in the last year only to wind up with someone who was sacked by West Brom in charge.

:mmm:

What a fickle man Mr Abramovich is. Apparently with all of the compensation paid to sack Ancelotti and get AVB from Porto, Chelsea have paid £1 million per match that AVB was in charge for. Ridiculous. No long term strategy in place and can't see Chelsea making the top 4 this season. Hope that happens because the way the club is being run is a shambles and they don't deserve any success. Just wonder how long it'll be before Abramovich gets bored and sells up...

Fat frank is the man to blame, first thing the new man should do it get rid of him. Whining like a spoilt little child to anyone who'd listen when he wasnt picked, not what you need when you're trying to build a new team

Chelsea deserve everything they get the way they've treated all their managers since mourinho.

Whoever goes there now won't get much time to turn it around. Unfortunately this is modern football.

I think Davey Moyes should get the job, he's done a fantastic job on a shoestring budget and is a great man manager and plays good attacking football.

Or Roy Hodgson should be given a chance, a nice man with 37yrs experience in football and look at the great job he done at fulham.

Not sure any 'serious' manager would want the job now. There is no long term chance to rebuild just a demand for instant success. The only ones interested now will be those desperate for a leg up or those mercenary enough to sign up for the inevitable pay off.

I don't think that attitude is down to the manager, its Roman Abramovich and his own agenda that needs serious help.

Chelsea and their fans forget where they came from and how close they were on several occassions to going bust. They then have the attitude that they're the best and should be winning everything in sight cos they're chelsea and they have loads of money.

Reap what you sow.

Were not all like that Stu, every club has its morons.

It doesnt matter who gets the manager job, until RA realizes he needs to back whoever gets the hot seat instead of the players. I hope Mourinho comes back, and is allowed to call all the shots, I'd also like to see Wilkins re-hired, but I dunno if he'd return anyway.

If not Jose, then Zola. I love that little guy.
