Centenary Day - Dalmahoy

Any one help - tried Emailing GM email address(shown on home page) a few times now for an application form for the the Centenary Golf day at Dalmahoy. After a week ive had no reply. Any one shed any light?...maybe the email 'pickeruper'is off to the masters.
